CREATIVE DIRECTION | DESIGN | COPYWRITING
Challenge:
I was tasked with concept to completion creative direction and design for a campus-wide Veteran’s Day initiative – Volvo for Vets. The overall concept and design needed to 1) be visible to 3000 employees across the Volvo Trucks campus 2) recognize American military veterans while at the same time being sensitive to the large percentage of on-campus expat workers who are foreign nationals 3) represent the diversity Volvo Trucks’ employees and the diversity within the United States military 4) keep within the $6000 allotted budget.

“Save money by making use of reusable signage which conveys timeless messaging and design, and by creating assets having the capability to be repurposed in the future.”

In order to stay within budget and also to save the company money in years to come, I decided to create assets using diverse military photos, timeless messaging, are reusable signage that is easily stored.
